Recruitment document workflows need careful ownership. Our compliance support is administrative: helping teams request, organise and track information against an agreed checklist while authorised specialists retain responsibility for verification and decisions.

Start with the client’s checklist

Different roles and assignments can require different documents and approvals. The client should define which items are needed, who is authorised to assess them and when a record must be escalated. The service scope should identify any information that the delivery team must not access or handle.

Track status without overstating it

A document received is not automatically a document verified. Use separate status fields for requested, received, under review and approved by the responsible person. Notes should show the source and next action. Sensitive material should travel only through approved systems and agreed access controls.

  • Document requests using approved wording
  • Expiry and outstanding-item tracking
  • Escalation to authorised reviewers

Keep accountability explicit

Administrative coordination does not constitute legal advice, professional registration verification or a decision on someone’s right to work. Those activities require an appropriate process and owner. Before delivery starts, agree the boundaries, security arrangements and audit information needed for this workstream. Review exceptions regularly so an incomplete record is not mistaken for a completed check.
