Frequently asked questions

Questions worth asking before we start.

Find practical answers about Key Med Solutions’ UK recruitment and business-support offering.

Our UK offering brings together clearly scoped recruitment and operational support. These answers explain how we work; a discovery conversation and formal agreement confirm the right arrangements for your requirement.

Is the offering limited to RPO?

No. RPO is one part of the portfolio. Recruitment and staffing sit alongside back-office administration, bookings and consultant care, pay-and-bill preparation, finance support, growth activity and technology projects. Healthcare leads the approach, with wider sectors included according to the brief.

Can we start with one activity?

Yes. A defined activity or project can be a useful starting point. Whether it is sourcing, recurring administration, finance preparation or a technology requirement, the scope needs clear inputs, outputs, competence and an authorised reviewer. Dedicated and managed models can also be considered.

Who makes specialist decisions?

The agreement must identify employment, verification, financial, technical and professional responsibilities. Administrative coordination does not replace authorised checks or specialist advice. Access, data handling, delivery locations and contract terms need to be settled before operational records are shared. Use the website form only for a business enquiry and leave sensitive information out.

What is recruitment process outsourcing?

RPO is a partnership in which an external team supports agreed parts of your recruitment process. The scope may cover sourcing and coordination through to a connected end-to-end workflow.

Is Key Med only an RPO provider?

RPO is one part of our UK service portfolio. Explore recruitment and staffing support, back-office operations, pay-and-bill preparation, finance support, growth and technology. Delivery responsibilities and scope are agreed before engagement.

Is healthcare the only sector you cover?

Healthcare is the lead focus. We also welcome conversations about technology, engineering and professional services, subject to an agreed role brief and delivery scope.

Can we start with a smaller scope?

Yes. A defined service or project can provide a practical starting point. Scope, capacity, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed before work begins.
