Privacy notice

Privacy information for the UK website.

How Key Med Solutions uses information provided through the UK business-enquiry website.

Key Med Solutions uses the information you choose to provide through this website to respond to your business enquiry. For questions about an enquiry or this notice, email info@keymedsolutions.co.uk.

Information you provide

The form asks for your name, work email, company, optional phone number, service interest and message. We use these details to understand your request, reply and discuss relevant services. The form does not sign you up for marketing. Please do not send CVs, identity documents, payroll files, bank details or health information.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are routed to info@keymedsolutions.co.uk. Hosting, infrastructure and email-delivery providers handle information as needed to operate, protect and deliver the enquiry service. Access is limited to people who need it to handle the request. Where a service requires further information, its purpose, access and sharing arrangements are agreed separately. A fixed acknowledgement is sent to the email address submitted after an enquiry is delivered. To prevent abuse, the service keeps keyed hashes of network addresses and acknowledgement recipients, with counters and expiry times; it does not store enquiry content or raw email and IP addresses in this security database. Active limits expire within 24 hours and expired entries are removed in bounded housekeeping.

How long information is kept

Enquiry information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship and meet applicable obligations. The nature of the request, ongoing correspondence and any contractual or record-keeping requirements guide that decision. Unnecessary information should not be included in your message.

Questions and requests

Contact info@keymedsolutions.co.uk to ask about access, correction, deletion or other rights relating to your enquiry. We may need enough information to locate the correspondence and confirm the request is yours. You can also raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
